WHO IS THIS FOR?
WOMEN +/or QUEER/TRANS FOLKS WHO
-
Want to cash in on your wisdom/experience, yet need a roadmap.
-
Feel a touch jealous of peers launching retreats/online programs/podcasts (because you want to, too).
-
Want to be heard + seen (+ confidently so).
-
Yearn for more traction for your name / work / cause.
-
Know the power of a hype squad to keep you going.
-
Are overwhelmed by the social media jungle.
-
Secretly dream of being an idea trendsetter, but lack the 'how-to'.
-
Are tired of programs that promise the moon but deliver dust.
-
Are ready to kick imposter syndrome (and money mindset issues) to the curb.
-
Seek a gentle push towards your goals.
-
Like the idea of rising together - as a movement. More than going it alone.
I STARTED THIS PROGRAM
BECAUSE I WAS SICK OF
marginalized people GETTING OVERLOOKED.
Specifically, I was pissed off at seeing
-
podcasts + panels + conferences being mostly pale/male,
-
badass women and queers being made to feel too unready to start things (campaigns, professional orgs, retreats, peer support groups, podcasts, newsletters) that could really benefit people,
- men getting selected 10x more often for (paid) keynote talks and quoted 80% of the time in the news,
-
queer/trans fam being overlooked as leaders and experts (except on LBGTQAI+ topics)
Magnetize respect.

ps. YOu DO NOT HAVE TO BE A BADASS.
You can change your industry - or your business or the world in a quiet way. Introvert thought leaders are a THING. Soft power, baby.
NO TikTok - or public speakING required.
You'll find the best "vehicle" for YOUR vibe. And you can quit the rest that don't fill you with joy. (Really).

THE FEMILY program PROMISE
DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE "HOW"
We'll help you figure that out in the program.
From starting your podcast/newsletter, to getting more journalists to interview you, to getting asked to do paid speaking gigs.
SIMPLE EASE. My goal is for you to find one platform for your voice/ideas that energizes you. Not multiple platforms. If factual white papers are your thing, maybe skip Instagram. If drawing political comics lights up your cozy introversion, do that instead of stage speeches.
IMPERFECT BABYSTEPS in ACTION.
Get moving in the right direction. (And don't listen to anyone who promises you immediate fame.)
COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION. Bonus points for lifting each other up, inviting each other onto a podcast, sharing the spotlights.
Cohorts have always been at least half POC + QUEER/trans and lots of folks who are both. :)
NO MEAN GIRLS (of any gender).
NON-BINARY pals: welcome. all names + pronouns more than welcome!
NO ROOM FOR WHITE FRAGILITY.
(I assist white+ pals offline with race questions- to preserve the airtime and energy of BIPOC.)
INTROVERT-HONORING MEETINGS. (There's a silent camera's off breakout for those who want to be silent/mute/self-directed in class that day.)
